APECT business travel card

The APECT business card is a travel document issued to business tourists who are citizen of participating economies. The APECT business travel card also called ABTC card. With this card, card holders can enter participating economies without visa requirement. This card has three year valid and can’t be extended, it only can be renewal. However it can’t replace passport. When card holders enter to another country who are member of APECT must present valid passport combination with this card.

According to ABTC card scheme, this card issued by national government to business travelers. Card holders allows multiple entries into participating economies during 3 years which card is valid.

APECT member economies fully participating in the scheme compose: Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Chile, China, Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, and Viet Nam. Moreover Russia officially permit card holder of other countries of APECT member can enter into Russia without visa with RUS letters in behind.

Conditions to get APECT business travel card:
- Business valid passport
- Economic contract between participating economies in APECT member
- Duplicate passport
- Appointment decision
- Duplicate social insurance
The period time to process APECT business travel card is not more than 60 days since receiving full dossier.
